We’re happy users are now logging in and scheduling their deliveries! A big thank you to those who have helped us work through a few bugs as things are coming together with the new site.
I’d like to share a few changes that will be seen in the workings of the new online shopping center. Some of these are pretty neat, so please read through the list.
Besides giving you control over what items you receive each delivery, you’ll notice the following changes:
Home deliveries are available for the same delivery price as pickup locations. Access the home delivery option by logging into your account and modifying your profile.
Cow-share boarding fees will be collected on a weekly, or per bottle basis, rather than quarterly. Extra milk and dairy products will be available to owners.
Vacation dates can be set from your account settings area. Simply log in and set the start and end date for the time you are away.
Pickup location times are listed for the time we will be present at the location (example: 12:00 – 12:30 p.m.). Please arrive within that time to make sure you receive your products.
Credit card billing after the cutoff date each week will be our primary method of receiving payments. If you currently pay by check, please log in and enter your credit card details.
Change your order any time before the cutoff date. Products scheduled for delivery after the cutoff date will be billed as a part of the new delivery confirmation system.
Sale items, coupons and other advantages will be offered at various times. Enter these coupons and receive discounts on your orders!
