While technology has it’s benefits, abuses of technology in the form of concentrated animal feeding operations (CAFOs) and many chemical farming methods, takes away the simplicity of real food production. Short term outputs can come at the expense of long term sustainability. That’s why it’s critical to have a balanced perspective on technology’s role in making the world a better place.
