Store credits are available when you,

1. Purchase store credits on our online store
2. Receive store credits as a gift from a friend, or
3. When you have been issued credit as a refund for products.

To take advantage of store credits, select the button as your payment option during checkout (see photo below):

For ongoing subscriptions, in addition to checking the box to use your store credit for this order, select the checkbox to apply your store credit balance to upcoming orders as well. This will ensure that your credit applies to orders in the future until the balance is used up.

How can I apply store credit to an existing subscription? The short answer is you can’t. But the way to arrange it for your current subscription is to cancel your current subscription, and then sign up again using the steps outlined above. When you do this your store credit balance can be automatically applied to future subscriptions until the balance is used up.
