Maple Vanilla Marshmallows:

1 cup clean water
3 1/2 scoops @perfectsupplements gelatin
1/2 tsp vanilla
1/3-1/2 cup organic maple syrup
Bloom your gelatin in cold water. Once it’s bloomed, add it to a saucepan and turn your heat up to medium. Dissolve the gelatin and then add the maple syrup and vanilla. Remove the mixture from the heat and whip it with an electric mixer or a standing mixer.
This may take 15-20 minutes. You’ll know it’s ready when it’s whipped, thick, and fluffy. Pour your fluff into a glass baking dish. Pop them in the fridge for at least 4 hours or overnight. Cut them into cubes and enjoy! Toss them in a bit of coconut flour if you plan to store them in an airtight container, so they don’t stick together.
Marshmallows are a smart and tasty way to use protein and sugar to stabilize blood sugar levels.
