We love making ice cream this way because it is so full of nutrients, uses only a few ingredients, and can be less sweet to make it more friendly to your blood sugar.

Use a 1-quart sizeΒ CuisinartΒ ice cream maker: β €β €β €β €β €β €β €β €β €

Ingredients:
1 cup raw Bartlett milk
2 cups raw Bartlett cream
ΒΌ cup honey (or use stevia to taste for a sugar-free version)
1 Β½ tablespoon vanilla extract β €β €β €β €β €β €β €β €β €

Combine all the ingredients.β €β €β €β €β €β €β €β €β €
Turn on your ice cream maker and pour in your mixture (very important to turn it on first!)β €β €β €β €β €β €β €β €β €
Let churn for 10-20 minutes until desired consistency. Don’t over churn or it will result in more of a soft-serve style. β €β €β €β €β €β €
